Majahual

There is a group of 40 beach lots in the subdivision at Majahual. They are located north of the village, and about 500 meters south of the new cruise ship pier. They are ideally located for commercial use or investment, although there is no restriction against building a residence here.

 Property prices in this area should appreciate very rapidly considering the close proximity to the pier. The road from the pier to the village or to the airport passes through this property.

Most of the lots are 20 meters wide and from 70 to 90 meters deep, not including the 20 meter federal zone. The price is $100,000 cash. About half the lots in this subdivision have been sold.
